SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
For shipping:
Please allow 3 - 7 business days for domestic delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. When your order is fulfilled and packaged we will ship the order out using USPS Priority Mail. All shipments will require signature for confirmation. Orders are completed and shipped during the weekdays (Monday-Friday). If you want an order shipped on a Saturday additional shipping fees will be added. Sundays and holidays orders will be processed the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer cash back or refunds for our items, we can only offer exchange, store credit, or upgrades. If you lose your receipt we will not be able to locate the price paid for the items. Please make sure to always have your receipts. The following products are not eligible for exchanges, store credit, or upgrades: any custom orders, any orders made specifically for a customer.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Exchanges: When exchanging an item please make sure to have receipt of purchase, we are not responsible for keeping track of history of purchases. Exchanges can be even exchanges before tax, if the item was damaged due to our fault we will offer to replace or repair the item.
Upgrades: When upgrading your item for another one it is important to understand that 1 for 1 meaning you can only exchange one item for one item. Upgrades are only items that is priced more or the same as the old item that is being upgraded.
Store Credit: We offer store credit for items that are being returned. If an item is damaged after leaving the store we are not responsible for the cost of repairs nor are we responsible for any stone or diamonds that have fallen from our jewelry pieces. We make sure that our items are not damaged prior to selling. We guarantee our pieces are what we say they are.
When buying an item and want a return, we can only offer store credit for the same amount or exchange for an item of the same amount or more, and pay the difference. You can't exchange for an item that is lesser of the one purchased and give store credit. Exchanges are only for items that please make sure to have your receipt and everything that came with the purchase.
